Assault mission pack type with long-distance invasion specifications
- This pack adds increased mobility to the mobile suit. Featuring uniquely designed backpack and shoulder armors.
- The shoulder armor can be expanded and retracted, allowing for a wide range of arm movement depending on the pose.
- The thruster part is provided with movable ball join for extended articulation.

The Zaku that Cucuruz Doan had been using as the Southern Cross Corps commander for the Principality of Zeon. He took components from his vanquished opponents' machines after his abandonment during the Earth invasion mission, and Doan used those parts to fix his own machine. Its armor has so been torn off in places, leaving several uneven sections.
He had concealed it to safeguard the island's life, but upon the arrival of foreign adversaries like the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon, he used it to intercept and render them helpless.
As announced during the reveal of the Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island March 9, 2022 teaser trailer, and also to celebrate the Zaku day - Premium Bandai announces the release of the Zaku II that Doan will be using in the movie in the HGUC GunPla series lineup.

Premium Bandai has announced the release of the Gundam L.O. Booster, created by the original mechanical designer Junichi Akutsu. This new model not only expands the story of "Mobile Suit Gundam W DUAL STORY G-UNIT," but it also introduces a significant technological advancement in the form of the most recent High Grade (HG) model kit.
Advanced Transformation Capabilities: One of the most striking features of the Gundam L.O. Booster is its ability to transform into a high-speed flight mode. This transformation is facilitated by a movable gimmick, allowing the mobile suit to swiftly adapt its form for aerial mobility.
Enhanced Armament and Armor: The addition of new armor and reinforced parts, including a uniquely shaped head and chest, are meticulously reproduced with new modeling techniques. The shoulders and reactor unit have been designed to rotate and expand, mimicking the functionality of wings.
Variable Leg Configuration: The Gundam L.O. Booster incorporates an innovative leg transformation mechanism. This includes rotating axes that allow the legs to morph without the need to interchange parts. Additionally, the legs feature an "Expand Claw" mechanism, enhancing both its aesthetic and operational capabilities.

Thrust Beam Cannon: This Gundam has a high-output beam cannon that simulates fire through PET material effect components mounted to the sides.

The Gundam Base Japan has announced the release of the Real Grade (RG) 1/144 Zeong in a special coating version, which also celebrate the 45th anniversary of the Mobile Suit Gundam anime that first aired in 1979. This special coating gives the kit a luxurious feel while maintaining its intricate mechanical aesthetics.
This kit comes equipped with an Advanced MS Joint, achieving both smooth and powerful expressions along with precise details. The monoeye feature moves left and right in conjunction with the neck movement and can also be adjusted manually to move up and down, adding a layer of expressiveness to the model. A frame with a wide range of movement is built into the waist, allowing for more dynamic poses. The four verniers on the chest and back deploy in conjunction with the chest's forward and backward movements. Additionally, the large and small verniers on the skirt part can move individually and extensively, enhancing the model's dynamic poseability.

The Gundam Base Japan's official X account has revealed that the Premium Bandai limited MG 1/100 Riko's Zaku II will be available in The Gundam Base stores across Japan starting August 17th. While the Premium Bandai release is scheduled for shipping in December 2024, fans near the Gundam Base stores can get their hands on the kit earlier than anticipated!
This announcement celebrates the success of TV Tokyo's midnight drama, Mass Production Riko, now in its third season and currently airing in Japan.
Based on the MG 1/100 Zaku II Ver. 2.0, the color scheme of this model was designed and overseen by Yuki Yoda, who plays the lead character, Riko Komukai, in the said drama! In addition to the drama's title logo and the "Yajima Model Shop" logo, the kit includes a limited edition marking sticker featuring Yoda's original designs.

The Gundam Base Japan has announced the release of a high-grade model kit of the Draken-E, a mobile suit used by the Riah Republic's civil defense forces, which first appeared in "Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket."
The Draken-E, is a compact mobile suit, about one-third the size of a standard unit. Originally a civilian machine, it features dual manipulator arms for precise tasks, with some variants having power loader arms for additional functionality.
