HG 1/144 Red Gundam

Bandai Spirits has officially revealed the upcoming release of the HG 1/144 Red Gundam, scheduled to hit shelves in May 2025. This highly anticipated model kit features the mysterious mobile suit that first debuted in the new anime series, Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX.

The Red Gundam made its unexpected return in U.C. 0085, sparking speculation that it could be the legendary RX-78-02 Gundam, originally developed by the Earth Federation during the One Year War. During its final testing phase, the mobile suit was seized by Zeon forces and underwent significant modifications. It was repainted in red for the exclusive use of Char Aznable, the infamous Red Comet.

HG 1/144 Light-Cannon

Designed as a light artillery unit, the Light Cannon integrates Guncannon-inspired combat capabilities with the Core Block system, ensuring enhanced versatility and durability. Developed by Side 6's Coastal Guard, these repurposed Zaku units were heavily modified to serve as military police mechs, enforcing order in the wake of Zeon's growing influence after the One Year War. Their distinctive warning lights and riot-control weaponry make them an imposing sight, though their armored presence remains a topic of debate among civilians.
