The MG Freedom Gundam Ver. 2.0 is getting a new color variant with the MG 1/100 Gundam Base Limited Freedom Gundam Ver. 2.0 (Metallic Clear White).

This new Gundam Base Limited release features the Freedom Gundam Ver. 2.0 model with metallic white, gray, and clear parts, creating a layered finish that lets the kit’s internal details and mechanical structure stand out through the armor. Metallic blue details across the chest, wings, legs, and weapons add another contrast to the predominantly white color scheme.

It officially goes on sale September 25, 2026, at six designated Gundam Base locations: 

• Shanghai Zhengda Plaza
• Shanghai Jinqiao LaLaport
• Beijing Wangfujing Yintai in88
• Guangzhou Zhengjia Plaza
• Hangzhou Hubin Yintai in77
• and Chengdu Joy City.

Additional stores are scheduled to receive the kit after the initial September 25 release.

The MG Freedom Gundam Ver. 2.0 has already seen several special color releases over the years, and this new Metallic Clear White version adds a completely different look to this version.
