Hmm, Wing MS seem to be in Cao Cao's army of Wei aka "The Blue Ones" in Dynasty Warriors The Reds, Wu, seem to be SEED MS. And The Greens, Shu, are all over the place but seem to mostly be UC although the Dynames that was revealed is obviously Huang Zhong who is from Shu but is a 00 MS. Saying that, Zhang Fei is the Burning/God Gundam. And Zhao Yun is the 00 which is obviously from 00 and he's also from Shu.
So yeah: Wei is Wing, Wu is SEED, Shu is UC, G & 00. The unaligned guys like Dong Zhuo, Lu Bu, Diao Chan, etc are from whatever series although the latter two are both from Unicorn.

I think the unaligned will consist of antagonist mobile suit. I bet they will slip in kimaris or reborns somewhere.
