The Metal Build Freedom Gunduam CONCEPT 2 has been announced for a reissue as a commemorative item for the TAMASHII NATION 2023 which will be held from November 17 ~ 19, 2023 at the AKIHABARA UDX 2F Akiba Square,  Bellesalle Akihabara 1F, B1F, and at the official Tamashii Nations Store in Tokyo.

In recent news from Tamashii Nations, the Concept 2 snow sparkle version was teased with the upcoming reveal of the METAL BUILD Providence Gundam, which will be detailed in September 2023.

Under the supervision of Gundam SEED series mechanical animation director, Mr. Satoshi Shigeta, the product has been redesigned with a new concept focusing on white and blue while maintaining carefully crafted product specifications from appearance to color, design, and structure.

This version will be released in Snow Sparkle colorways, with additional finishes and color details added from its initial 2020 version.

The set comes complete with 5 spare parts each for the left and right wrist, a beam rifle, a pair of beam sabers that can be combined with a connector, and a pair of matching beam effect parts. Also included is a shield, a connector set and a special display base.

As of writing this article, the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Ignited project has released a second trailer for the upcoming Gundam SEED Freedom movie. The new trailer and news reveal new and returning characters from the series. The cast of voices was also revealed.
