The Gundam Base Fukuoka will be releasing a limited edition Entry Grade RX-78-2 Gundam model to promote the fun in building and painting GunPla! The kit is provided with all white main armor pieces with dark gray plastic molds for its joints, backpack, and beam rifle.
The kit is highly recommended if you want to practice your model painting skills with the provided white armor as your canvas and is 100% compatible with any Gundam markers (sold separately). The only limit is your imagination! combine colors, and create your own RX-78-2 Gundam color version.
Painted model kits in the photos are product of Gundam Marker used with Gundam Marker airbrush kit.

They should do these kind of releases more often and not just Gundam Base exclusive.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea and the EG RX-78-2 is perfect for it.
Although I bought mine just to see its construction; it was always to try and paint it without sacrificing a pricy kit. Making it look like the RX-78-1 was more work than you'd think at first.
