As part of the Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans 10th Anniversary Project, fans are getting a double treat on the big screen. On Friday, October 31, 2025, theaters across Japan will premiere:
- Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans – Urdr Hunt: Path of the Little Challenger (special edition film)
- Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans 10th Anniversary New Short Film – Interlude
Both titles will screen together, with trailers released today via official Gundam channel (region locked) showcasing the intensity, nostalgia, and brand-new footage waiting for fans.
Urdr Hunt: Path of the Little Challenger
Originally released as a 12-episode app-exclusive story, Urdr Hunt now arrives in theaters as a re-edited compilation film! Complete with new cuts created specifically for this version.
The story follows Wistario Afam, a boy from Venus, as he is drawn into the mysterious and dangerous Urdr Hunt...a deadly competition for enormous prize money. Along the way, he encounters allies, rivals, and massive unmanned mobile armors that test his resolve.
Interlude – A New Short Film Featuring Tekkadan
Alongside the re-edited Urdr Hunt, a brand-new short film titled Interlude (also referred to as Intermission Wedge) will debut. This new story takes us back to Tekkadan’s rise following their mission to protect Kudelia.
Stage Greeting Event – November 2, 2025
To celebrate the release, a special stage greeting will be held at Shinjuku Piccadilly in Tokyo on Sunday, November 2.

Two screenings will include stage greetings either before or after the film:
