Celebrate Kira Yamato's Birthday with the Resale of the STRICT-G MA-1 NATUS Jacket

To commemorate Kira Yamato's birthday on CE (Cosmic Era) 55.5.18, Premium Bandai has announced the resale of the "STRICT-G ALPHA LIGHT MA-1 NATUS 'Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM' Kira Yamato Model." This jacket, which was first published on March 2nd, has been restocked due to high demand. Pre-orders began on Saturday, May 18th at 13:00, with in-store sales set for August 2024. The jacket costs 41,800 yen (tax included).

This flight jacket is a partnership between "STRICT-G," an apparel shop based on the Gundam universe, and "ALPHA INDUSTRIES," a military fashion label. It is based on the "L-2B" light zone MA-1 jacket, but with the padding eliminated and a removable hood, resulting in a sleek silhouette that complements modern taste. The exquisite material has just the right amount of shine, and its thin and lightweight feel makes it comfortable to wear throughout the year.

The jacket features RP blue fabric with a contrasting color scheme on the bottom of the sleeves. It is designed with an all-over pattern inspired by the costume in the movie. COMPASS emblem patches and reflector parts on the front and sleeves enhance the military feel. The heather gray hood that matches the RP blue is removable, and the left sleeve features a Kira Yamato nametag ribbon.
