  1. Is this by any chance the model only previously available through buying three other kits, that Bandai is finally just packaging together as the one?

    1. No. This is a whole new beast. There are definitely some parts here carried over from the previous Hazel HGs, but there are other new parts for this making it a brand new unit.

    2. Well, that was a TR-6[Gaplant II], which was a combo of TR-6 [Woundwort]+TR-1 [Hazel] w/ conversion parts. Though you could probably kitbash this TR-1 [Hazen'thley] with a TR-6 [Woundwort]+TR-1 [Hazel]+TR-6 [Hazen'thley II], so you're not exactly wrong either.

    3. if you're thinking of the Hazel Owsla or TR-6 Gaplant then no, this is its own thing.

which unfortunately you CAN'T kitbash out of existing AoZ kits, even though it looks that way

    4. New molds on the chest so not exactly, but just about

    5. No, this is a new thing, it's the TR-1C. You're probably thinking of the TR-6 (Gaplant II), which needs the Woundwort, Hazel Custom, Advanced Hazel, and Gaplant Hrarioo, or the TR-6 (Hi-Zack II) which needs a Woundwort, Hi-Zack, Marasai, and a Hrududu II.

    6. no, the skirt unit is a new part, and the chest unit is a new part

    7. No the Hyzenthlay II's Chest doesn't fit on the Primrose Escape Pod without modding it and its helmet can't fit the Hazel's face inside. Also the Hazel II's butt doesn't fit onto the backpack thruster. This is pretty much the lazy man's way of getting the Hyzenthlay I

    8. I think you mean the Hazel Owsla for what you need the Hazel Custom, the Sub Arms from the Advanced Hazel, the Hazel II Backpack, one Primrose Escape Pod and the Long Blade Rifle from the Hrududu or Hrairoo.

This kit has many new parts.

  3. Kinda sad they're not including the little multi-winged angel looking Psycho Blade v-fin in any of these kits.

    1. That's woundwort or tr-6 hyzentlay, not tr-1 hyzentlay.

    2. It's an optional part for all of them: https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/gundam/images/a/a0/Hyzenthlay-torso.jpg

  4. The blade on this composite shield looks significantly longer than the ones on other kits, hyzenthlay-ii-rah is shown to have 2 of these longer blades in its every illustration but was released with 2 of the same short bladed composite shield booster as woundwort... So thats what you’re playing at, Bandai...

    1. So I see a lot of really knowledgeable people when it comes to these kids and the low. Is there a translated Manga out there i just don't knew about? Not to toot my horn, but I've read virtually everything out there, even have digital copies of Crossbone dust which is stupid hard to track down. What's the haps?

  6. I'm getting pretty tired of building Composite Shield Boosters...
I've only built 3 so far with my Woundwort and her dark blue sister and i'm gonna have to build 3 or 4 more when i get their taller sisters; the Hyzenthlay-II & Hyzenthlay-II-Rah.
There's a lot of repetitiver builds with AoZ but that's what you get when an entire line is variants :P

  7. This is a really great mix that combines parts of the original with brand new parts. It gives the Gundam better articulation and I saw from the picture that it uses the older style shield connector on the forearm. Haven't seen those in a while after newer kits started directly attaching shields to the forearm.
