SD Gundam World Sangoku Soketsuden to Launch its Anime and 2 Comic series

Gundam series is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year! as part of that project, from July 2019, Gundam Info official website will be streaming the SD Gundam World Sangoku Soketsuden series for free! The series will be starting from Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, USA and Italy and will be expanded to 14 more countries afterwards.


The series will be directed by Takahiro Ikezoe, and written by Toko Machida under Sunrise productions.

Plastic models from the said series will be released as they appear in the anime. Some of the GunPla were already announced to promote the series' launch! See lineup here.

Two comics from the same series will be released starting from April 2019 at the Gundam Info official website. The story will be based on the Cao Cao and Sun Jian forces respectively and will be focusing on a different perspective from their anime version.

  2. Just because you don't like the SD series doesn't mean others don't. Personally, I'm excited for it since I enjoy SD kits and the Sangokuden line. The series nobody asked for is the Origin re-cut into an episodic format.
