Mechanics
The contest is open to all Gundam enthusiasts except employees of Ban Kee Trading Inc., Toytown Inc. and its advertising agency including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity.
The contest has two (2) categories and will be classified accordingly:
Open Category
- Anyone who is 21 years old and above (Born on or before February 28, 1995).
- Pro or newbie who are confident to enter in Open Category level.
Youth Category
- Anyone who is 15 to 20 years old (Born from March 1, 1995 to February 28, 2000).
- Pro or newbie who are confident to enter in Youth Category level.
All participants may assemble & paint HGBF BUILD BURNING GUNDAM that are exclusively distributed by Ban Kee Trading Inc.
Note: OUT OF THE BOX BUILD (applying modeling basics)
1. All entries must be assembled according to the manual. If the manual shows variant versions using parts from the box set, then only those specific variants are allowed.
2. Puttying, sanding and the use of paint are allowed. Model part detail lines erased by puttying and sanding can be re-lined, but extra lines not in the original part cannot be added.
3. Use of decals & any color schemes and patterns are allowed.
4. Using of any stand is not allowed.
Entry Form (Flyer) will be available at Toytown stores and during the submission of entries.
Participants are allowed to join only one (1) category with maximum of three (3) entries.
Participants are required to present the following for verification purposes:
Build Burning Gundam Box with Ban Kee LTO number, Manual and ID.
Submission of ACTUAL ENTRY for exhibit is on February 6 & 7, 2016 (Saturday & Sunday) from 11:00am to 5:00pm & at Toytown Glorietta Makati.
Participants must submit the actual entry personally. We will not allow representatives. Posing of entry must be done by the owner. All entries will be exhibit from the day of submission until February28, 2016.
All entries used or submitted in any local or international competition are not eligible. Upon submission of entry, participants are required to fill entry form at Toytown Glorietta Makati and sign a certification form that the entry was made by the participant. Participants will be provided a copy of entry form to be presented during the claiming of entries.
All entries will be checked to ensure that each and every entry is complete and ready for display. Non-compliance to contest regulations will result to forfeiture of participation, even after receipt of the entry.
Winners will be determined by a panel of judges;
Judging will start at 2pm on February 20, 2016, Saturday at Toytown Glorietta Makati, in the presence of a DTI Representative. Final touching of entries is on the same day, from 11am to 1pm only.
Winners will be announced in Gundam Philippines Facebook Page (Facebook.com/GundamPhilippines) on February 22, 2016.
Awarding ceremony will be held at Toytown Glorietta Makati on February 28, 2016 at 4:00pm. All entries may be claimed on the same day at 6pm.
Criteria for Judging
Assembly skills 40% - The proper way of building or putting together of Gundam Model Kit parts to make a completed product.
Painting 40% - The correct act of applying paint, pigment, color or other medium to the Gundam Model Kit. The medium is commonly applied to the Gundam Model Kit with a brush but other implements, such as sponges, brushes, airbrushes and other model kit tools.
Presentation 20% - The manner or style in which the Gundam Model Kit is exhibit or displayed.

In claiming the winning or non-winning entries and/or prizes, participants should present a valid ID and a copy of entry form. In cases where the owner/maker of the entry is not available to claim his/her entries and/or prizes, an authorization letter, copy of certification form and a valid ID should be presented before the organizer shall release the entries and/or prizes claimed.
If entries and/or prizes are not claimed after the announcement of winners, participants will be notified through registered mail. Unclaimed entries and/or prizes can be claimed at Toytown Glorietta Makati, a valid ID and a copy of the certification form is a must to claim the entries and/ or prizes.
Unclaimed prizes and/or winning or non-winning entries within (60) days from notification shall be forfeited in favour of Bankee Trading Inc. with prior approval from DTI.
Trophy and Gundam model kit prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash or in any other form.
