Mobile Suit Gundam SEED DESTINY fans finally have another fiery orange mobile suit to add to the shelf as Heine Westenfluss’ Blaze ZAKU Phantom is getting the Master Grade treatment.

The ace pilot of FAITH races onto the battlefield once again with a newly molded MG release that recreates Heine’s unforgettable custom colors in sharp orange molded plastic. The mobile suit’s bold look instantly stands out from the usual ZAKU lineup, making this one of those kits that practically screams SEED DESTINY the second you see it.

The Blaze Wizard backpack has been packed with detail from top to bottom. Large boosters and missile pods are faithfully recreated, while the internal mechanical details inside the main thruster hatch can be seen through an opening gimmick built into the unit. The AGM-138 Firebee guided missile pods even feature a deployment mechanism that unfolds during launch scenes for extra display flair.

The kit also includes a special right shoulder part to recreate Heine’s signature orange shoulder specification. Builders looking to fully reproduce the promotional display setup will need the separately sold MG Blaze ZAKU Phantom or Blaze ZAKU Warrior kit.

To top things off, Bandai is including newly designed water-slide decals featuring Heine Westenfluss’ personal insignia alongside the Hawkins Squadron markings, giving the finished mobile suit even more shelf appeal.

In the series lore, the Blaze ZAKU Phantom is the ZGMF-1001 ZAKU Phantom equipped with the EX-M Blaze Wizard through the Wizard System. The added high-output thrusters dramatically improve mobility in both space and ground combat while the mounted AGM-138 “Firebee” guided missile launchers bring heavy firepower to the battlefield.
