  1. So is this like a "Master Grade" equivalent just for Iron Blooded Orphans?

  2. Is this a kit ? I got a feeling that this one would be like robot tamashii/pre-assembled one

    1. From what I can tell, some parts are pre-assembled and others are going to be taken off of the runners like regular Gunpla kits.

I'm a bit concerned about the price since there's a lot of die cast metal parts and well, they haven't announced the price yet meaning they cant decide on a good price where consumers will be interested in purchasing.

    1. No.
This is a new line of product.
It's in 1/100 scale so it is not a Real Grade.

  6. At ¥16,000 this is very disappointing that they don't even include the mace.
I mean granted we're seeing less and less combat in the IBO anime and the mace was used in like the early half of Season 1... It's still a bit disappointing that the mace isn't included.

This definitely seems severely overpriced, and with Season 2 confirmed (according to Gundam Guy), I am quite confident that around the time Season 1 ends, Bandai is going to announce or a magazine is going to leak info on a Master Grade release.

I honestly have no clue why Bandai would even bother spending their time and resources on developing something like this when clearly it would have been more profitable for Bandai to make a Master Grade.

    How so?

    1. More people can afford a Master Grade than this over priced, ¥16,000 pseudo-Metal Build.
    2. A Master Grade will yield more profits through releasing the variations of Barbatos via add on packs.

And given that this series brought back the 1/100 No Grades after that line being absent since Gundam 00, I think that like the 1/100 No Grade 00 line, we are soon going to see the Master Grades coming out. Perhaps after a few more 1/100 No Grades like the recently leaked Form 6 Barbatos, we will get at least an announcement.

    1. You're only complaining since you won't be able to overcharge the kit when you resell it.

  7. Is this 1/100 High Resolution kit going to be used by Bandai to make a Master Grade series of kits for Iron Blooded Orphans?
