Following the announcement of the HG 1/144 Guncannon [Cucuruz Doan's Island ver.] is the planning stage announcements for the HG 1/144 Char's High Mobility Zaku II and HG 1/144 GM [Moroccan front ver]. The concept art of this specific Zaku was released in May 2022 to promote the Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island film launch in June 2022.

More details will be revealed as soon as Bandai Spirits finalizes the release of this new Char's Zaku variant.
