Price: 2,200 Yen

Bandai Spirits has announced the latest addition to the High Grade (HG) GunPla lineup—the Light Cannon from Mobile Suit Gundam GQuuuuuuX (G-Quax). This artillery-focused mobile suit was developed in response to Char Aznable’s capture of the Gundam and Pegasus, which shook the Earth Federation’s mobile suit program and led to a wave of new innovations.

Designed as a light artillery unit, the Light Cannon integrates Guncannon-inspired combat capabilities with the Core Block system, ensuring enhanced versatility and durability. Constructed from Luna Titanium alloy, it delivers exceptional battlefield performance, making it a formidable force in combat.

One of the most notable deployments of this mobile suit was at the Battle of Solomon, where a variant with a unique color scheme—differing from standard specifications—was confirmed to be in operation.

This armor is believed to have been worn by the legendary Ieyasu Tokugawa during the Battle of Sekigahara.

The kit's primary color is a sleek black, closely matching the original armor, while black and chrome-plated accents on the body and armament enhance its authentic, polished look. The red components, including the Kusazuri, are intricately detailed with Japanese paper stickers, and the Mitsuba-aoi (Three Leaves of Hollyhock) family crest is beautifully captured with a glossy sticker. A variety of weapons are included, offering a dynamic range of action poses true to Gunpla’s versatility.

The black body captures the essence of the original armor, and the body and weapons feature black and chrome plating for a sleek, authentic finish. The red details, such as the grass skirt, are accented with Japanese paper material stickers, while the family crest of the Three-Leaf Chrysanthemum is depicted with a glossy sticker for added realism.

Beam cannon deployment - The backpack can be moved to reproduce the deployment of the left and right beam canons.

Shield suspension - The backpack can also be equipped with its shield

The kit is also completed with water slide decals.

The detailing on the kit are looking very promising, starting with its fine panel lining and on point separation of parts and colors.

In the Gundam photo-novels Gundam Sentinel and Gundam WARS II: Mission ZZ, the New Desides used the ORX-013 Gundam Mk-V, a prototype all-purpose mobile suit. Brave Cod piloted the mobile suit. Additionally, a special unit made for Amuro Ray existed.

The Gundam Mk-V was a highly potent prototype mobile suit created by the Augusta Newtype Research Institute as an improved version of the MRX-009 Psyco Gundam. The Titans first commission the project, but as it progresses, the political landscape changes to the AEUG's advantage, and the regular Federation Forces eventually gain control of it. After three prototype units are finished, the Gundam Mk-V has not yet engaged in battle as the Gryps Conflict draws to a close. With the ground-breaking Quasi-psycommu system, unlike the Psyco Gundam, the Gundam Mk-V can be flown by regular pilots without undergoing Newtype enhancement. This system also enables the pilot to manage the wire-guided INCOM remote weapons that are kept in its backpack.

P-Bandai: MG 1/100 MS-07B Gouf M'Quve Custom [REISSUE]
Release Date: July 2025
Price: 5,390 Yen

Straight from Mobile Suit Gundam MSV, the long-awaited MS-07B M’Quve Custom Gouf finally makes its grand debut in Bandai’s Master Grade 1/100 GunPla series! Known for its opulent design and flamboyant pilot, Colonel M’Quve, this luxurious mobile suit is now brought to life in stunning detail.

The kit features all-new armor parts sculpted specifically for M’Quve’s custom unit, including its iconic antenna, ornate leg side armor, and updated shield. These newly molded components fit perfectly over the existing inner frame used in the MG Gouf Custom, giving it a fresh silhouette while maintaining solid articulation.

The highlight of this kit? The "special engraving sticker" — a first introduced with Dozle Zabi’s Zaku II — makes a bold return. This embossed, no-margin decal delivers an elegant gold finish that gleams with shifting shadows depending on your viewing angle. It's flexible enough to wrap around curves, letting you faithfully recreate the extravagant detailing of M’Quve’s personal Gouf.

Paired with its regal purple and gold color scheme molded right into the plastic, this kit is a visual standout — a true aristocrat’s mobile suit on display.

Mobile Suit Gundam AGE continues its 10th anniversary celebration with the release of Fram Nara's Fawn Farsia in the High Grade 1/144 GunPla lineup! This kit utilizes some of the same molds as the previously released HG 1/144 Farsia, now presented in a new color scheme. It also features newly molded leg parts and introduces the Fawn Farsia Baton—a brand-new weapon unique to this version.

The set includes a dedicated display stand along with connectors for deploying its Farsia Bits. Additionally, it comes with the original Farsia sword, which cleverly doubles as a tail attachment when not in use.

The XVB-FNC Fawn Farsia is the direct successor to the XVB-XD Farsia, designed specifically for X-Rounder pilots. Unlike its predecessor, it replaces the Auxiliary Propulsion Base with standard thrusters mounted on its back, enabling high mobility across all terrain types and directions. Beyond the typical Vagan Mobile Suit arsenal and its five Fawn Farsia Bits—refined from the original Farsia—the unit is also armed with the Fawn Farsia Baton, a rod-like weapon that emits a beam ribbon capable of inflicting severe damage. It also boasts the ability to generate a seemingly endless supply of particle bits, making it a formidable unit in battle.

Designed for realism and detail at 1/144 scale, this kit faithfully recreates the signature features and intense presence of this upgraded second-generation Gundam.

The GNY-001F Gundam Astraea Type-F, also known as Astraea Type-F or simply Astraea F, is an enhanced version of the original Gundam Astraea. Piloted primarily by Fon Spaak, it was handed down to Celestial Being’s secret support team, Fereshte, and overhauled with modern systems and a bold red color scheme. This RG kit brings all of that upgraded glory into model form—with newly molded parts, and flexible customization options that let you recreate both Type-F and Type-F2 variations straight out of the box.

The RG Gundam Astraea Type-F captures the unique silhouette and detailing of this custom unit through brand-new moldings. Several body parts differ from the more widely known Gundam Exia, including:
  • Head Unit, Collar, and Chest
  • Shoulders, Abdomen, and Front/Rear Skirts
  • Arm and Knee Armor Sections
Each is faithfully recreated with a level of precision and mechanical layering exclusive to the Real Grade series. The result is a high-detail, high-articulation model that balances dynamic posing with sharp accuracy.

Type-F and Type-F2

This RG release is a convertible kit—allowing builders to recreate either the original Astraea Type-F or the upgraded Type-F2, which incorporates spare parts from Gundam Exia. Both face options (with or without the iconic Sensor Mask) are included, so you can match your build to your preferred storyline moment.
