In order to celebrate the Gundam NEXT Future x Day 5 project, the 3-episode TV edition of the Mobile Suit Gundam: Thunderbolt will start airing at 5:00 PM JST on MBS/TBS networks in Japan nationwide every Sunday, from February 12th, 2023.
This project follows the TV edition of the Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway which concluded on it's 4th episode "Take Off" on February 5th, 2023.
In addition, both Daryl Lorenz and Io Fleming TV announcement teasers were released via Gundam Info YouTube channel to commemorate both main characters of the series - videos are currently region locked.
The three-episode version of the Thunderbolt ONA will conclude on February 26th, 2023, and will be followed by the first of the four episodes of Mobile Suit Gundam: NT (Narrative) TV edition on March 5th, 2023.
Furthermore, the most awaited second season of the Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury will get its air time in April 2023, just right after the Day 5 collaborative project with Gundam NEXT Future ends at the final episode of Narrative.
