A 9-episode digest version of the Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans will be broadcasted at the MBS, TOKYO MX, and BS11, Japanese TV channels starting April 5th, 2022. This special edition release features re-edited presentations of some of the original 50 episodes that was originally broadcasted in 2015 to form a mini-series.
All of the cuts of the opening video for this special release will feature a brand new sequence and a new song titled "Blaze" by MAN WITH A MISSION, the same artist behind the "Raise your Flag" theme song. The song was also featured in the official trailer released by the official g_tekketsu twitter.
