The specially modeled RX-78-2 Gundam that was made for the MG 1/100 Perfect Gundam back in 2003 will be released as a single item to celebrate the release of the Perfect Grade Unleashed RX-78-2 Gundam. This version changed from its last release which is now provided with anime-accurate colored molded parts, and also packed with a decal sticker sheet featuring the same markings from the PG Unleashed RX-78-2 Gundam.
The kit will be available for limited time in the Gundam Base Tokyo and future Gundam Base limited events while supplies last.
So Bandai has finally reached the point of releasing an MG to celebrate the release of a PG.

Is it a new mold or the 1.5 with a few tweaks?
