  1. If this isn't the kibble-iest kit I've seen this year,

  2. Looks like this one is based on the Lord Astray Z instead of the Lord Astray. Hopefully they'll take this opportunity to put together a much better looking underlying kit.

    1. Given the colour scheme, I'd say it's more likely May's successor unit designed by Tsukasa

    2. I doubt that, given the Final Battle Set has the Wodom Pod as a silhouette...

  4. its obviously based on the "No Name" but more symmetrical. shall this be a contender to the Amaterasu?

  5. Bandai is wasting budget on milking too much Astray, Unicorn, and the first Gundam instead of be creative and design something new. Rest in peace creativity.

    1. truthfully, if it weren't for the 'astray' in the astray no name and the lord astray needing to be an astray cause of the series its in, can you really say these designs seriously arent unique to the point they are barely conceivable as astrays?Even if you still say yes this criticism ignores so many kits like the wodom pod, figurise kits, narrative gundam, kapool, the remastered impulse and justice gundam kits. Astrays unicorns, and granddaddy make up like 20% of all the kits in the last 2 years. that seems like a lot sure but kits like the g40 are so unique I wouldnt feel miffed about that being a granddaddy kit.

    2. Top be fair, we've got Wadom and Messer kits coming in the next few months, both things I personally thought would NEVER happen.

    3. You probably should have said that two years ago when the Astray No-Name was revealed, cause this Gunpla looks like it's supposed to be an upgrade of that from the way it looks.

  6. Look at the back of the legs, I'm thinking they extend to make a taller version, or a digitigrade beast like mode. There's claws on the arms that aren't being showcased, I imagine that is part of the hidden transformation gimmick

    1. well maybe those back leg extension, armor, and weapon combine into something like animal or vehicle then docking with astray?

    2. You got it but most important look at its guns and how it holds them. Theirs only one other Astray that has a slimier looking weapon. The kibble on the back of the legs those claws on the forearms its not a two legged transformation its a four because its the Astray Mirage second issue. At least that my thought.

  7. Anotehr Astray, getting a little fatigued from being so many of them. Can't they pick another kit to make into a build variant? I don't know, combine two Zocks and call it the ZockZock as a joke machine?

  9. I kinda dreaded it sharing parts with the No Name, but looking at pictures of it side by side, it looks to be entirely new.
