The armor is super large now!

DeleteIs MG Tristan going to be the P-Bandai variant of MG Alex 2.0? I feel like that is what Bandai has plans to do.
ReplyDeleteRE/100 Zaku III. P-Bandai RE/100 Zaku III Twilight Axis + MG Tristan.
DeletePlease don't. I want MG Zaku III
DeleteKampfer 2.0... We're wainting.
ReplyDeleteDoesn't this entail we'll be seeing a master grade Tristan as well?
ReplyDeleteWhy would it?
DeleteI would love to see this kit covered with decals
ReplyDeleteSeriously This is lacking of detail compare to what they did to RX-78-2 Ver3 or any of the real grades. This proportion looks exactly like the first OVA version 1/144. I'd assume they'd at least cut the knee plate to be into 2 pieces. Smaller shoulder guards and skirts needs to be smaller to make up with a more modern proportion. Wishing to have way more panel lines than it was. The join looks just like the high grade version back then. The fist is lacking of gesture. I used to be a big fan of Alex. I was hoping Bandai will do a redesign if they decided to make a ver2.0 or ver.ka. This is too disappointing after the F-91 Ver2.0
ReplyDeletethis is in poor taste rip bernie
ReplyDeleteThat head armor mask is seriously cool
ReplyDeleteSomething seems off with the head. I can't place my finger on it. The proportions are just a little wonky. Still great looking kit though.
ReplyDeleteI dont like how the inner frame is super simple just like how the Jegan's was. Not even a sliding knee joint for a 2.0 kit smh.
ReplyDeleteI just noyiced the shoulder armor... are those the trash bags?! please don't bring back the trash bags... it's the only thing keeping me away from thunderbolt kits.
ReplyDeleteAlso for an upgrade this seems very lacking in the panel line aspect. I know it's not fair to compare stuff with resin kits but the IE Alex looks so much better that it makes this look like it came out 10+ years ago
People seriously need to understand MG 2.0 kits are meant to be ANIME ACCURATE! Meaning not a ton of panel lines and not a ton of proportion changes. All MG 2.0 kits focus on Anime Accuracy!
ReplyDeleteWith that chobam mask and opening shield gimmick, hell yeah I'm getting this!
ReplyDeleteThis is insane! The armor mask is super freakin cool!
ReplyDeleteThe alex is looking really good with that mask, I'll probably get this new. But I'm a bit worried that they're featuring the old Kampfer kit in the bottom promo. It's as if Bandai wont have any plans to update that kit.
ReplyDeleteWhy no beam rifle?
ReplyDeleteThat is a beam rifle
DeleteWell, I've been waiting 5 years for this after I was disappointed by the MG 1.0 Alex, and this was better than I could ever ask for. Just pre-ordered it, and I am stupid excited.
ReplyDeleteIt looks pretty good, I'll probably display it with half the armor on and half the armor popping off using pins.
ReplyDeleteIt's even got a tiny, terrfied Al figure!
ReplyDeleteYes! Now we can recreate our most beloved scene from War in the Pocket
DeleteAlways loved the Alex, but the FA form is so boring.
ReplyDeleteIf Bandai is going to release MG Tristan, its probably going to be P-Bandai
ReplyDeleteI need this in my life. Now the Mudrock next please thanks.
ReplyDeleteIs MG Tristan going to be a P-Bandai variant of MG Alex 2.0?
ReplyDelete火龍上升偉大的石頭力量龍捲風 Is your MG Dynames still inside the box? Is your box fortress will double in size?
