INITIAL RELEASE

The Master Grade 1/100 Jegan Type D is making a highly anticipated return as part of Mobile Suit Gundam UC’s 15th anniversary celebration! This mass-production mobile suit, featured in both the novel and OVA of Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn, is being reissued to commemorate the enduring legacy of the series.

The Jegan Type D was a refined variant of the standard RGM-89 Jegan, upgraded for improved combat performance. As a symbol of the Earth Federation Forces’ military power, this variant was deployed across multiple battlefronts during the events of Gundam UC. This Master Grade kit meticulously recreates its unique features with newly molded parts and a distinctive color scheme.

Several structural differences from the standard Jegan have been carefully reproduced with newly molded parts:
  • Head & Vulcan Pod System – The D-Type’s distinct head design, along with its integrated Vulcan Pod, is faithfully recreated.
  • Backpack – Features an updated backpack unit, newly molded to match its in-universe counterpart.
  • Shoulder Armor – Redesigned with sharper edges, enhancing its aggressive appearance.
  • Forearms – Newly added panel details along the sides for improved mechanical accuracy.
  • Waist & Front Armor – Features newly molded parts, accurately differentiating it from the standard Jegan.
  • Leg Thruster Covers – Resculpted for increased detail, showcasing the suit’s mobility enhancements.
The Jegan Type D’s recognizable light green armor is accurately recreated with color-corrected injection molding, giving the kit an authentic on-screen look that sets it apart from the Char’s Counterattack variant.

This kit includes water slide decals, featuring new designs, allowing for further customization and detailing.

    1. Shoulders are different and the crotch section too. It has front 'skirts' now

    2. I forget alp the differences, but one is the shoulders, which have been modified to hold optional equipment, such as the rocket launchers on the Stark Jegan, which is why people in the comments are talking about a possible MG Stark Jegan, since that is just this with extra parts.
