  1. Dang. I really felt that out of all the designs shown the GM Sniper Custom had the best shot at being a normal release. Well, I was prepared too. Its just disappointing.

  2. Origin or MSV ver? If Origin, chance for MSV ver to be retail, i hope.

  3. Can't wait to get my hands on this... open the pre-orders already!

  4. It's definitely a buy, but i wished they used a new frame for it can't really move the arms forward enough.

  5. Weird. Looks like it has more details in some areas than the MG Ver.

  6. No left open hand for holding the rifle?

  7. No open left hand? How are we supposed to pose the sniper rifle without an open left hand to support it?

  8. Two weeks ago my Master Grade Sniper Custom just arrived, and now Bandai released the HG version (-___-)
But glad the MG version has more armaments :p

  9. Getting real tired of them ripping us off by making mainstream suits expensive p-bandai exclusives while releasing obscure variants as the actual retail kits...

    1. I know right? I'd love to "have a word" with someone in Bandai's marketing department.

    2. Well it's not that expensive seeing how the GM Guard (one of the 4 GM's showcased) costs 44yen more than this, pbandai isn't ripping us off as much as it's a slap to international customers who have to buy from a middleman. (unless you have a mate living in a pbandai country)

    3. It's not like they don't speak to Bluefin reps. The issue is they have other structural problems to contend with.

This was doomed to be P-Bandai since the MG GM Sniper Custom, despite being a good kit, performed well below expectations at retail.

    4. I would argue that the GM Sniper Custom shouldn't have been made a MG to begin with and the HG would have been a much, much safer route, but its kinda too late at this point.

Yeah, I'd trade an MG for an HG. I'm weird... and most of my collection is 1/144 too.

  10. 20 bucks says all the grey detail like the leg and ankle stripe is stickers

  11. My OCD makes me nark'd off that these MSV Mobile Suits are being released in The Origin's HG line and not HGUC. I don't like blending different lines.

  12. I have this kit. Many color separations uses sticker, but the most annoying thing is, the kit doesn't come with open left hand for holding the sniper rifle. You need to buy custom hands if you want to use the sniper rifle. Overall, a very good looking kit.

  13. Imagine tryna resell us this kit that doesn't even have the open hand the variant got.
