Second Batch of Classic 1/100 Gundam X Kits Confirmed for November 2026

The celebration for After War Gundam X continues in a huge way as Bandai has officially announced a second batch of classic 1/100 Gundam X kits set for release in November 2026. The lineup will first open for pre-orders through the Gundam Base Online Shop in Japan before receiving regular retail releases worldwide during Q4 2026.

The newly announced wave includes some of the most iconic mobile suits from the series, finally bringing more attention back to the beloved 1996 Gundam entry as its 30th anniversary approaches.

The second batch lineup includes:

• HG 1/100 Gundam Virsago - 2,530 yen
• HG 1/100 Gundam Leopard D - 2,200 yen
• HG 1/100 Gundam Airmaster Burst - 2,200 yen
• HG 1/100 G Falcon with Gundam Double X - 4,070 yen

For longtime Gundam X fans, this announcement feels massive. Many of these classic 1/100 kits have become increasingly difficult to find over the years, especially the larger support units and rival mobile suits.

What makes this even more exciting is that these are not being treated as limited event exclusives long term. While the first pre-orders will happen through Gundam Base Online in Japan, the kits are planned for standard retail distribution worldwide later in Q4 2026, this is to give fans another change to finally add these classic Gundam X kits to their collections without relying on aftermarket prices.
