The PG UNLEASHED 1/60 RX-78-2 Gundam is getting a special Gundam Base Color version, featuring a distinctive color scheme created exclusively for THE GUNDAM BASE. The kit features the PG UNLEASHED design with a detailed internal frame, layered armor, opening hatches, extensive articulation, and LED lighting. Its large 1/60 scale also gives the RX-78-2 plenty of room for the intricate mechanical details that define the PG UNLEASHED series.

The Gundam Base Color version is scheduled for release in February 2027 with a price of 30,800 yen including tax. As a Gundam Base limited edition, it adds another special RX-78-2 to the lineup for builders looking for something different from the standard PG UNLEASHED release.
