Developed using data from the Tallgeese and the five Gundams, the Gundam Epyon was created by Treize Khushrenada while he was under confinement by the Romefeller Foundation. Staying true to Treize’s ideals, the Epyon abandons long range weaponry in favor of direct, honorable close combat. Its primary armaments consist of a segmented heat rod mounted on the shield, a powerful beam sword that draws energy directly from the suit’s generator, and a pair of Vulcan guns that were added later during its service with White Fang.

Inside the cockpit, the suit houses the Epyon System, a modified version of the Zero System designed to push the pilot to their limits. The Gundam Epyon can also transform into a high speed mobile armor mode that resembles a mythological dragon, allowing for rapid flight and space maneuverability while relying on its Epyon Claws as its primary weapons in this form.
