GunPla Lineup September 2023

And another month has passed! We now enter September 2023 with some exciting new GunPla kits. Mobile Suit Gundam W's Real Grade 1/144 Gundam Epyon is coming this month! Featuring a full transformation from its mobile suit to its mobile armor mode.

The September lineup also includes entries from Premium Bandai, namely the HG 1/144 Oltlinde and the MG 1/100 Eclipse Gundam Unit 2.

RG 1/144 Gundam Epyon

The Hobby Next Phase 2023 Spring have revealed that the OZ-13MS Gundam Epyon from the New Mobile Report Gundam Wing will be joining the Real Grade GunPla Lineup. Featuring its newly designed or RG-fied design - the kit surely is worth all the wait for all Gundam Wing fans - especially to those who voted for it from Gundam Info's poll in 2021.

As part of the Real Grade's MS Joint - Its whip-like heat rod is molded into a color-separated single runner.

P-Bandai: HG 1/144 Oltlinde

Premium Bandai announces the release of the V03-0907 Oltlinde in the HG 1/144 Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans GunPla series. Designed by mechanical designer Kanetake Ebikawa. The mobile suit was first introduced in the Mobile Suit Gundam IRON-BLOODED ORPHANS Gekko (MOON STEEL) manga. It is piloted by Jizil Jizin. 

The kit is provided with entirely newly molded parts for its exterior armor parts and exclusive armament called "Valkyria Double Blade".

The Valkyria Double Blade can also be split into two separate weapons, giving the Oltlinde different combat advantages.

The Oltlinde features an asymmetric design, provided with white and gray armor pieces, with highlights of greens and yellows.

P-Bandai: MG 1/100 Eclipse Gundam Reactor 2

Officially unveiled at the 61st Shizuoka Hobby Show, the Eclipse Gundam Unit 2 was announced as a Premium Bandai release. The kit shares some of its molds with the regular retail released MG 1/100 Eclipse Gundam with newly molded parts to represent the Eclipse Gundam's 2nd Unit.

The kit is also compatible with all of the sold separately Eclipse Gundam expansion equipment and accessories. Featuring same articulation and gimmicks, including the transformation between MS and MA modes.

From the Gundam Build Divers GIMM and BALLS World Challenge side story series comes the awesome FA (Fatal Ash) version of the Gundam Storm Bringer! This kit also includes a wide variety of gear and weapons in its setup backpack. The Gundam Storm Bringer FA also matches the color schemes of the Full Armor Gundam, just like in the original Gundam MSV.

This kit is also packed with alternative parts to convert the kit into a GM Turbulence!

The kit also includes waterslide decals for detailing - the designs and text are new for the variant. It is also packaged and complete with the following gear: Modified 360mm Rocket Cannon / Dual Beam Cannon / Beam Saber.

P-Bandai: MG 1/100 Qubeley Damned

The Qubeley Damned is a custom GunPla featured in the Gundam Build Divers GIMM & BALL World Challenge, an online light novel published by Bandai. In the novel, the kit was built and piloted by Nozh.

The kit is based on the Master Grade 1/100 Qubeley and was originally scratch built by the Japanese professional GunPla modeler, NAOKI. It has a black and white color palette. The pair of manipulators is just one of the biggest changes the Qubeley Damned has to offer, alongside the redesigned head and revised leg structures.

In 2020, a variant called Qubeley Embellir was also released via Premium Bandai. The kit shares the same molds with the Qubeley Damned featured in original Haman Karn's colored pink rose armor parts.

P-Bandai: MG 1/100 Zaku II Johnny Ridden custom (MSV-R ver.)

From Mobile Suit Gundam MSV-R comes Zaku II piloted by the Crimson Lightning in Master Grade Version 2.0, molded in an all-significant RED color scheme and MSV-R classic decal spec. exclusive to this Premium Bandai release. This kit shares its molds with the MG 1/100 Zaku II Ver. 2.0, with some parts depicting Johnny Ridden.

The kit comes complete with its accessories and weapons, including its shoulder shield, spiked shoulder equipped with yellow spikes, and a Zaku machine gun! The kit also includes the stabilizer type blade antenna.
