Gundam Base Tokyo's 5th Anniversary to Celebrate with a Crystalized Form Unicorn Gundam Statue

The Gundam Base Tokyo is now celebrating its 5th anniversary! To commemorate the event, The Gundam Base has collaborated with artistic group of companies including the Bandai Namco's ARTPRESTO, Klamp Studio, and Plastic Mania to create a Unicorn Gundam [Luminous Crystal ver.] statue.

On its production process, the designers uses VR goggles as a guide to confirm each point of views to whoever sees the statue. The data is being polished to maximize the appeal of the Unicorn Gundam on every angle.

As of today, the production has already reached the final form and will be moving forward on to molding each parts.

In August 2022, the Gundam Base Tokyo has announced their 5th anniversary celebration with the announcement of the MG 1/100 Unicorn Gundam (LUMINOUS CRYSTAL BODY) for 7,700 Yen. The kit is still being sold exclusively in Gundam Base Japan (Tokyo and Fukuoka).
