1/1 scale GunPla-Kun DX Set (With Runner Ver. RECREATION PARTS)
Release Date: April 29, 2023
Price: 1,100 Yen

The very adorable RX-78-2 Gundam (GunPla-Kun) is your companion to GunPla building! Bandai Spirits have announced a regular retail kit version of the 1/1 scale GunPla-kun in a deluxe set that comes with GunPla-kun's accessories which include a beam rifle, beam saber, and a shield.

The kit is possible to be converted into GunPla-kun's runner version by displaying each part on a runner-like display base.

The set is also provided with multiple colored parts for better color separation. Tools are also not required to build this kit!

The kit uses LIMEX (calcium carbonate + polypropylene) as its main raw material instead of the petroleum-derived plastics that they were using in the past, and for the first time in full color. With this material, it is now possible to reduce the ratio of petroleum-derived plastics in products to 50% or less on a weight basis.

In addition, by using this new material, Bandai Spirits contributes to the reduction of the amount of petroleum-derived plastics used and the reduction of carbon dioxide emissions, with their aim to reduce the pollution made by older raw plastic materials.

  1. I really want Bandai to release a English language version of the shorts they made for Japan. And release the Zaku kun model as well.
