P-Bandai: HGAC 1/144 Leo-S
Release Date: September 2021
Price: 1,980 Yen

Premium Bandai expands the G-Unit model kit lineup with the release of the OZ-06MS-SS1 Leo-S, the custom mobile suit assigned to Roche Nattono, leader of OZ Prize’s Stardust Knights. This unit made its debut in New Mobile Report Gundam Wing Dual Story: G-Unit and now joins the G-Unit Re:OPERATION HGAC 1/144 GunPla series alongside other reimagined models from the same project.

To complete the 3 knights, the Leo-N, and Leo-R are also available in HGAC 1/144 GunPla series!

Designed exclusively for Roche, the Leo-S is a commander-type mobile suit that embodies both elegance and power. Its design, inspired by Western knights, features a bold red color scheme with striking gold highlights on the head crest and shoulders. Built with an emphasis on balance, the Leo-S is equipped with a unique arsenal, including a beam musket for long-range attacks and a pair of beam duel sabers, which can be holstered on the side skirts when not in use (beam effect parts included).

The kit also includes newly molded parts to faithfully recreate the Leo-S, featuring an overhauled head, shoulders, torso, and leg units. A key highlight is its massive Diffuser Cloak, a signature defensive feature that adds to its knightly aesthetic. The cloak can be detached and swapped with alternative parts for different display options.

With its distinctive look and refined weaponry, the Leo-S brings a commanding presence to the G-Unit GunPla lineup, making it a must-have for collectors and fans of Gundam Wing: G-Unit!

  1. I can't help but think we might be getting a HGAC Tallgeese in the future for some strange reason. Possibly due to the back skirt on this Leo-S. Also it looks like those fancy golden parts on the chest look like independent parts for this model. Wonder if we're going to be seeing some Warhammer 40K custom of this making it a commissar's personal machine or something for the Imperial Guard (Or Astra Millitarum).

  2. This is the third? G-unit kit in a year. Hopefully by next year we’ll have some updated versions of the old 1990’s kits.

    1. It’s from a side-story manga “G-Unit”. This is also where the Geminass is from

    1. tbh they already do. There's one new retail kit and four p-bandai every month. RE/100 is basically p-bandai exclusive, MG is not that far behind (this year we've got only two retail MGs and maaaaaybe we'll get Dom 1.5 if it wasn't cancelled, while p-bandai already got seven kits, and that's without counting different expansion sets and titanium/clear vers)

  7. The leo is a fighting machine, not a catwalk parade. Why do they always make such irrealistic costume drama suits that don't fit the universe?

    1. It's a giant robot with a giant cape. If that isn't the definition of "absurd levels of fun", then we can't be friends.

    2. The mecha themselves are far more unrealistic than any custom jobs the pilots have done.

And, in Wing... You have a Gundam base with giant angel wings. A cape doesn't seem half as silly...

    3. to be fair, wings came form a silly katoki redesign, not from the original show.

    4. @firefox- because g-unit was aimed at much younger audience than original wing, so rule of cool wins. It's basically AC version of build fighters. Unfortunately, g-unit with EW made precedent for the following wing stories, so even original wing reboot got silly with oversized swords, accesories and such.
