It is always nice to see a customized built Gundam Heavyarms, and it looks like that the modeler enjoyed building process as he enjoys putting as many as possible weapons that could be compatible with the Gundam itself.
The result looks great! The modeler did a great job making it look like another official Gundam Heavyarms variant inspired from the Frozen Teardrop's Prometheus Gundam. The modeler also managed to find some way to add some unique features and detailing to the kit.
The colors painted on the kit looked even better with the slight weathering applied on it. All the customized weapons and equipment fits perfectly with the whole build, giving it another "heavy" definition to the Gundam Heavyarms.
