SDCS Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex - Release Info

SDCS Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex
Release Date: April 2020
Price: 1,540 Yen

The "Wolf King" joins the SD Cross Silhouette series! With its signature Ultra Large Mace equipped, this kit will surely look great with the optional Cross Silhouette frame to extend its articulation and proportion. The kit offers a great range of color and part separation, bringing the Lupus Rex's image into another perspective. Its tail blade can also be extended to a certain length with the provided cable part.

Gundam Barbatos Lupus Rex is the 16th entry and the first Mobile Suit Gundam IRON-BLOODED Orphans Gundam in the SDCS GunPla series.

Bandai Spirits has revealed a 3D CG prototype model to tease fans! More images and info will be added once Bandai-Hobby start the pre-orders for retailers in Japan.

  1. Why are they starting with the final form? Does this mean they are going to skip the other forms? Is the yellow claw on the hands and feet going to be parts or stickers? Is this going to include parts to make the other forms?

    1. I think it might be because they already recently released the normal and the Lupus as BB Senshi SD kits. Yeah it's not SDCS, but still SD.

    2. The SDCS line really has no rhyme or reason for what or when they make something.

  3. How come they are making the Rex first and not the others? Can you at least make the normal Lupus with this kit?
