A reference exhibit of Metal Build GN Arms Type E was on display at Tokyo, Akihabara Hobby Shop from July 5th! The model is just "Concept Model" for now, until Bandai decides on an actual release for the item!
The concept model was first seen in the Metal Build Infinity event that was held at Bellsalle Akihabara on June 22 ~ 23, 2019.
