    1. i thought this was the X-2 and that the X-1 was all white and the X-3 was all black? my old master grade kai box says this is the X-2 ?_? did bandai make a mistake long ago or did they just make a mistake when displaying this kit?

    2. This is the Crossbone X-1. The crossbone X-2 is black. The crossbone X-3 is white in the same spots as X-1 but blue where X-1 is dark grey/blue, has a 3 on the crest where the crossbones are on the X-1, and has a skull and crossbones on the chest. It also doesn't have the brand markers on the forearms. X-1 and X-2 are MOSTLY just color scheme differences, but X-3 is a very different model

  3. Hoo boy. Taking the packed-with-tiny-parts RG and making it EVEN SMALLER? Yeah, I can see this going over well.

    1. Well, the Wing gundam RG kits are also tiny, and those weren't bad. Plus, RG kits have gotten a lot more stable with the recent releases, so I don't think this would turn out bad.

    2. I guess you're right. I've just never been happy with RG kits. I hope its good for those of you who enjoy RG's.

  7. I thought it's gonna be RG nu gundam...

Well it's gonna happen eventually sooner or later.

  8. Ill wait for full cloth. I mean, it doesn't really look, aesthetically, any different from my finished hg on the shelf now that I really look. Maybe the full cloth will have a breaking gimmick or actually allow you to move the damn thing with it on..

  9. I'm super excited about this. Both the MG and HG have had their individual problems whether it be lack of details/parts separation, not being able to properly use its weapons, unusable articulation, and unstable. Visually I can see that at least the details/parts separation is there and the accessories looks amazing even at only a glimpse, that beam effect looks gorgeous. I do worry how they we fit that core fighter in there without hurting the stability of the arms.

  10. Oh wow, be patient, waiting for full cloth, but that cloak looks awesome though.

  11. I know it's a prototype but the arms look RG while the legs look like a HG. I'm still waiting for RG Nu Gundam T_T

  12. what happened to the overly detailed look of the RGs?

    1. Yeah kind of disappointed with the detail otherwise the cool looking cape and beam effect are nice

    2. Chances are the signature Katoki decals have not yet been finalised. Or at least, that's what my guess is...

  13. RG crossbone with only this detail? Seriously? It looks like its MG 10 years ago. Isn’t RG design should project how its reality should look like, not anime design?
