  1. Wow, choice for RE/100 line incredible as always.

  2. I figured this kit would have had higher probability as an HGUC, Still really excited for this nonetheless.
Also I totally predict them re-releasing as P-bandai Red Zeta MSV(Karaba colors)

  3. While I'm happy this is finally getting long deserved model release, I'd have rather have seen it in 1/144 scale. Beggars can't be chooser's though.

    1. Yeah, considering Dom Tropen, Nemo Desert Colors, Efreet Schneid, and GM II Semi-Striker, another addition to the 2nd Battle of Torrington Base in HGUC would have been nice... oh well.

On a side note, don't think it'd ever happen, but if the Zaku Cannon Test Type is further tooled into an ACTUAL Zaku Cannon (as with P-Bandai Zaku High Mobility tet type vs. Dom test type), then we could see a UC recolor of that! Althoigh, Origin into HGUC would be unprecedented... hmm...

Still waiting on Dwadge and Desert Zaku HGUC's. Got a resin kit for the former, and an old 80's kit to bash for the latter, but it ain't enough.

    2. Hope it'll be like Efreet: RE/100 first, then HGUC.

    3. I'm still miffed about the Efreet, actually. I really wanted the 1/144 Efreet Custom to go along with my Blue Destiny models (I even made a "Guinea Pigs Corps GM Command!) But they put it under the P-Bandai curse.

Don't get me wrong, I like the Shneid, but would it have been a bad thing to give them both normal releases?

      @Dean Banh
Yeah those were my thoughts too. (I'm hoping thats the case with the Zaku Cannon as well.) I've similarly kitbashed a 1/144 GM Cannon and GM Sniper Custom using the old 80's MSV kits- and years before the GM Sniper II finally got its HG I got a resin conversion kit too.

  8. I'm starting to lose hope in the RE/100 line, personally.

    1. what do you mean? this thing's something I didn't even know existed before this kit was announced and I already want one

    2. Why though the line was has only progressively gotten better often of late kits flaws were related to simply the design of the mobile suit of themselves

  9. I'm a bit disappointed that this was the choice for the next RE 100 kit as well. I was hoping for something like a Byarlant custom, or a Geara Zulu since we'll apprently never get an MG Geara Zulu despite half the frame being shared with the MG Geara Doga.

    1. But geara zulu already have kit as hguc. Guncannon DT? Just a KA signature, no representation of this unit as plastic kit before.

    2. I'm not personally a fan of 1/144 scale kits. I also find it ridiculous that the single most seen grunt mobile suit in unicorn doesn't have a 1/100 scale kit despite the fact that we have a delta plus, Jesta, and multiple ReZel kits. What makes it even stranger is the fact that they have a lot of the base with the MG Geara Doga.

  10. Geara Zulu having an HGUC kit doesn't make much of a difference since I don't like kits that small. On top of that the Geara Zulu is basically the zaku of unicorn. That suit is seen almost as much as the unicorn gundam itself, and while we have an MG Jesta, and delta plus, we don't have a 1/100 kit of the main mass produced mobile suit in the show.

    1. It does make a differenece though lol also its not exactly a small mobile suit may I remind you? ...

    2. It doesn't in regards to 1/100 scale kits. And what does the size of the mobile suit have to do with anything? The Geara Zulu is the same size as the Geara Doga, and is based off of the same suit. It should have been a no brainer to make an MG of it.

    3. Well lets take a moment to actually consider that. The structure of the geara zulu is quite different from the geara doga you can quite easily tell that from just looking up a comparsion which the mg geara doga's inner frame wasn't designed with the geara zulu in mind because it had to be much wider than the geara zulu...

      Delete
    4. Just like dragontron says, Zulu more slimmer than doga, their frame structure are different each other although Zulu based from Doga. Bandai cannot easily reuse doga's inner frame only to make zulu. Different story if bandai trying to make doga kai or jagd doga.

  11. Can we just get RE/100 Gusion Rebake Full City and Gundam Kimaris Vidar? I feel as tho those two kits should be created in the next 2 years and maybe a Flauros.... maybe.

    1. Bandai said they were only doing 4 1/100 kits and they definitely meant it just look at all the ibo releases of late

  12. When i look closely onto this kit. I find that this kit design is one step above normal gm model. The head scope is unique, add in byarland style and multiple canon, those made it look like a terminator. One small complain is that the bicep is a tad too small.
