Mobile Suit Gundam Turns Amuro and Char Into Practical Bottle Holders

Need a new companion for your daily hydration routine? Mobile Suit Gundam fans can now bring Amuro Ray or Char Aznable along wherever they go with these adorable yet practical bottle holders distributed by PLEX.

Inspired by the iconic uniforms worn by the legendary rivals in Mobile Suit Gundam, the new bottle holders come in both Amuro Ver. and Char Ver. Each features a charming mascot-style design with the characters striking a hands-on-hips pose, making them just as fun to display on a desk as they are to carry around.

The bottle holders are stitched with insulation inside to help keep drinks cold for longer during the hot summer months, a great companions for outings, conventions, work, school, or even long GunPla building sessions at home.

The holders are designed to accommodate today's increasingly common 600ml PET bottles, to make sure fans can stay hydrated while showing off their Gundam fandom. Their lightweight construction also makes them easy to carry, even when attached to a bag or sitting proudly on a workspace.

Each holder measures approximately W150 x H200 x D90mm and weighs around 56 to 60 grams. Materials include nylon fabric, polyester padding, an aluminum foil-coated lining for insulation, and a durable PVC tarpaulin base.

The Mobile Suit Gundam Bottle Holder Amuro Ver. and Char Ver. are priced at ¥5,280 (tax included). Pre-orders are currently open through the Marupi Garage Online Store, with reservations scheduled to close on July 10, 2026. Shipping is expected to begin in July 2026.
