The Dagger L, a mass-produced mobile suit from the "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Destiny" series, is being released in the High Grade Cosmic Era model kit series. This model kit's moldings are made to accommodate mass production constructions and guarantee a hassle-free snap fit of the parts, making assembly simple.
Furthermore, the Jet Striker and Aile Striker packs—which are available for separate purchase—work with this model kit. The Dagger L's special equipment set, which includes a shield, two beam sabers, and a beam carbine, adds even more uniqueness to the weapon. The Dagger L is a desirable addition for both model builders and fans of the Gundam franchise because of its simple assembly and intricate accessories.
Based on the GAT-01A1 Dagger (also called the "105 Dagger"), the Dagger L was an enhanced model whose basic construction was the same as that of its base unit. Its design was also largely simplified like the GAT-01 Strike Dagger's, enabling the mobile suit to be mass produced with more simplicity. The Dagger L's high degree of versatility came from keeping the "Striker Pack System" that allowed the 105 Dagger to be used, even though it did not have the laminated armor of that model to save development expenses.
It can use different Striker Packs, such as the Sword Striker for close quarters fighting and the Launcher Striker for long-range bombardment, but it is typically outfitted with the Jet Striker for aerial warfare or the Doppelhorn Striker for anti-ship bombardment. The Dagger L's armament emphasizes operability and ease of usage, reflecting the premise that it is meant to overpower its opponents through group fighting. It could engage in both close-quarters and long-range warfare because to its basic armament, which included four CIWS, two beam sabers, a beam carbine, two rocket-propelled anti-armor penetrators, and a shield.
