Wonder why they didn't release both RX-78-4 and RX-78-5 at the same time, but it's alright. Going to get both as they come out!
ReplyDeleteOne set of molds. They can only manufacture one kit at a time.
DeleteAnd I'm surprised they didn't announce G05 first because its equipment already in pale rider space type.
DeleteBetter to keep slowly fill the p-bandai slot every month -Bandai
DeleteMan... At this price I think that is better get the old (but gold) MG G04...
ReplyDeleteBut this thing is only £17-ish before scalping...
DeleteThe MG G04 is around £40-£50...
IF you dont go to The commom atores (hjl, 1999 or amiami) you can fins The MGs (both 4 and 5) at prices like 2200 - 3000 Yen + shopping.
DeleteSearch on Banzai Hobby.
It's good this is finally getting an HG release but...I definitely prefer how it looks in Battle Operation 2...
ReplyDeleteI hate this is p ban but oh well I love g04 and 5 so I will pick this up
ReplyDeleteYeah wish it was retail just like Blue Destiny....
DeleteOkay, now we just need the RX-78-1 & RX-78-5 in HGUC for the whole set.
ReplyDeleteToo bad Grandpa is the only one that's not an exclusive, barring the 7th.
While I am happy with this release (and possibly G05 in the near future), the promo image make me feel worry about the number of stickers comes with them.
ReplyDeleteI'm really glad HGUC Gundam G04 is coming out!
ReplyDeleteOkay, getting a better/closer look the sculpting is fantastic and I'm glad the white shoulder pieces are optional, but who the heck panel lined this? That is the only ting turning me off right now, it looks like someone tried to panel line it with a Sharpie, you're better than this Bandai, come on
ReplyDeleteThis hurts my wallet twice because I know I'll have to buy 05 too.
ReplyDeletehg kits are getting more and more detailed with every year it seems
ReplyDeleteIs it just me or do these molds looks bad? For some reason this doesn't have that sharp feel that all the other kits have. Maybe it's the bad panel lining that bleeds all over.
ReplyDeleteIt's just you bud cause that mold looks amazing
DeleteYes, the mold is poorly made. Just look the blue cap at the top of the gun, both halves cannot even fit properly, look the big seamline gap. Amazing not.
