As we celebrate the 35th anniversary of Gundam anime series that started in the Year 1979, or April 7th, 1979 to be exact, the latest project of Tomino "Gundam Reconguista in G" will be airing this Fall 2014. Well who's excited for that? We are!
The story of G Reconguista in G is about a cadet pilot whose job is to protect a "space elevator". This series takes place in a brand new timeline of Gundam Universe.
Leave that one behind, we already knew what's coming this Fall 2014, so what up with his 2nd project that we all know that he is working with "Legacy Effects" (the guys behind the Avatar, Iron Man 3. You know! all those good graphic movie we've seen so far)? This project has not yet set its release date and title, but we are expecting some news later this year (2014).
Every time we hear news about his projects, we are jumping like crazy. What are your thoughts about this? Are you expecting some live action Gundam movie anytime before the 40th anniversary? Well, that's not impossible for them to make. Since Tomino already stated that he was planning to work on some title that he already made before and wants a remake for it.
