The Titans Test Team's unique space-use prototype is making its way to the METAL ROBOT SPIRITS lineup. Bandai Spirits has officially unveiled the METAL ROBOT SPIRITS (SIDE MS) Prototype Asshimar TR-3 [Kehaar] Space Type, bringing one of ADVANCE OF Z's most distinctive mobile suits to life in premium die-cast form.

Standing approximately 270mm tall, the Prototype Asshimar TR-3 [Kehaar] Space Type faithfully recreates the unusual proportions of the experimental unit developed for zero-gravity testing. Its massive Sturm Boosters and leg-mounted propellant tanks highlight the mobile suit's dedicated space-use configuration, while extensive die-cast metal parts, particularly in the joints, provide a substantial feel and enhanced durability.

The release also captures many of the Kehaar's signature details, including its exposed frame sections, large head antenna, and distinctive markings reproduced through tampo printing. Fans can display the mobile suit in both its MS and MA forms, recreating the prototype's unique transformation system developed during the Titans' research into advanced movable frame technology.

Originally created as a testbed for the flexibility and rigidity of its revolutionary drum frame structure, the Kehaar played an important role in the development of technologies that would later influence the Gundam TR-6 Woundwort. Unlike the production Asshimar, the prototype featured an unconventional design optimized for space operations, replacing traditional legs with powerful Sturm Boosters and equipping multiple stabilizers that function as shields in mobile suit form.
