Premium Bandai has announced the inclusion of the GM III (Desert Colors) from the "Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn" OVA series into the High Grade Universal Century GunPla lineup! This model kit precisely portrays the essence of the mobile suit as shown in the OVA, including its desert color scheme.

The kit shares most of the molds from the HGUC 1/144 GM III from ZZ GunPla series, and contains newly molded parts for the knees, back waist/ankles, and shield exterior to celebrate its appearance in the OVA. Molding color is used to portray desert color.

The RGM-86R GM III is a mass-production mobile suit introduced in the anime "Mobile Suit Gundam ZZ" and later updated for "Mobile Suit Gundam Unicorn." Developed by the Earth Federation Forces under the "GM III Plan" as a successor to the GM II, it was the main unit during the First Neo Zeon War. 

The GM III incorporates new technologies while maintaining high productivity, achieving performance on par with or exceeding the Gundam Mk-II's. Its backpack is a mass production model of the Gundam Mk-II's, offering improved mobility, maneuverability, and cost performance. The GM III can also be equipped with missile pods and launchers for medium- and long-range support.
