The Gundam SEED Freedom website has officially uploaded the additional mobile suits discovered in the MS files to commemorate the successful premiere of the Mobile Suit Gundam SEED Freedom film on January 26th. This post now has a description and fresh images.
Several leaks were verified as authentic... Any description modifications will be made as soon as new information is received.
ZGMF/A-262B STRIKE FREEDOM TYPE II
A modified Strike Freedom Gundam with enhanced components. It features Strike Freedom's wings on its back and retains its distinctive armament, which includes an abdominal Agni cannon and newly built railguns on both hips. The design of its shoulder, arms, and forehead have also been modified. It uses a modern panoramic cockpit.
It is piloted by Kira Yamato
The film introduced a new type of Strike Freedom Gundam. This edition of Strike Freedom comes with a new backpack called Proud Defender. The backpack is painted white and gold to match the Strike Freedom Gundam's design.
Strike Freedom Type II can employ the Proud Defender to consume a large amount of energy from its newly designed forehead.

MDE262S PROUD DEFENDER (Mighty Strike Freedom Gundam backpack)
A new wing developed by Kira and the Compass development section, led by Albert. It is equipped with the actual sword "Futsunomitama" wielded by Strike Freedom Type 2, in addition to spewing infinite amounts of nanoparticles and high-voltage lightning controlled by the mind.
DESTINY GUNDAM SPEC II
A modified version of the Destiny Gundam. The color has changed due to the increased power, and the cockpit has been replaced with the same all-round monitor (panoramic) as the Strike Freedom Gundam Type 2. Contains VPS armor.
The darker overall color saturation, the pure white hue replacing the light blue-white on the chest, and the yellow v-fin turning white are some of the noticeable contrasts between Destiny Gundam Spec II and the previous Destiny Gundam.

A modified Impulse Gundam. The battery has been replaced with the most recent model, and the coloration has changed dramatically. Power can be given via the Deuterion Beam Energy Transfer System from Destiny Gundam Spec II. Contains VPS armor.

Z'GOK
A temporary appearance that conceals the appearance of Infinite Justice Gundam Type 2. It also has missiles and massive particle cannons, and its back can accommodate Infinite Justice Gundam Type 2 wings.

ZGMF-X191M2 INFINITE JUSTICE GUNDAM TYPE II
A modified version of Infinite Justice Gundam. The newly developed wing is capable of handling engagements at ultra-high speeds. The cockpit features the same all-round monitor as the Strike Freedom Gundam Type 2 and VPS armor.

ZGMF-1027M DUEL BLITZ GUNDAM
A secretly modified mobile suit. The cockpit has been replaced with the same design as the Zaku Warrior. In addition to the standard Duel Gundam armament, it also features Blitz Gundam-style armament.

ZGMF-103HD LIGTHNING BUSTER GUNDAM
A Buster Gundam that has been secretly upgraded and converted to nuclear power. The cockpit has been replaced with the same design as the Zaku Warrior. Like Buster, it is armed with missiles, beam cannons, beam guns, and other long-range weapons.

BLACK KNIGHT SQUAD Cal-re.A
The Foundation constructed a separate mobile suit that incorporates Plant technology. The cockpit has two seats, with the controls in the front and the firing control in the rear. It uses a new sort of armor called as ''Femtech Armor (FT Armor).

ZGMF/A-1018F GINN-F
A Mobile Suit that was purchased cheaply from ZAFT and had its color modified. Its armament is identical to that of ZAFT, and it provides powerful assistance to the Black Knight Squad. "F" stands for "Foundation".
A mobile suit with the head and chest transformed into a drone variant of the GINN utilized by ZAFT. Rud-ro.A is escorted by three 'GINN-R' or 'DINN-R' aircraft, which boost its firepower. "R" stands for "remote."
AMF-101Q/4 DINN-R
GunPla versions of the newly announced mobile suits are now available. The names of confirmed kits are now listed with links to their individual GunPla releases.
AMF/A-102F DINN-F
A mobile suit that was altered after it was inexpensively bought from PLANT. The Black Knight Squad will have regular soldiers from the Foundation on board on of these to provide support in battle. "F" is an acronym for "Foundation".
AMF-101Q/4 DINN-R
DINN's head and chest were replaced to make an unmanned mobile suit. The weaponry are identical to ZAFT's, but GINN's weapons are also employed in some circumstances. "R" stands for "remote."

As to the others, the Freedom trading eight bits for just one big one is a odd choice... but I can't say I hate it.
The Duel and Buster are LOOOOONG overdue imo, and I love that Yzak is using some of Nicols weapons.
Just goes to show, as abrasive as he is, he DOES have a soft center deep down at the end of the day.
And lastly, we finally have Blondies MS, and it is glitzy as hell and I'm all for it.
Though, the fact it's a white suit piloted by a long-hair and blonde pretty boy DOES lend itself to some... implications.
In the movie destiny gets some really cool weapons, we'll see if they will be made by Bandai or not
