As of May 19, 2023, the official Gundam Info YouTube channel has unlocked more regions for its adorable GunPla-Kun miniseries, along with the appropriate subtitles for each region available. GunPla-Kun shares the exciting world of GunPla with his friends and shows how it's done!

In August 2021, Bandai releases the first 10 one-minute episodes of GunPla-kun to herald the introduction of their new character. To celebrate his arrival, a dedicated website powered by Bandai Hobby has also been launched featuring more about GunPla-kun and his friends, along with latest announcements for the series.
Well-known Mobile Suits from the Gundam universe including, Char's Zaku, nu Gundam, and the latest Gundam Aerial from the Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury have also appeared in these short films, and the series continues to grow with its audience.
In April 2023, to commemorate his success, a 1/1 scale GunPla-kun was officially released to the market with hopes that his friends would also make it into this lineup.
