HGUC 1/144 Char's Zaku II [21st CENTURY REAL TYPE Ver.]

The Gundam Base has announced the release of the High Grade Universal Century 1/144 Char's Zaku II in its 21st Century real type color version, which features "real type" water slide decals and color scheme.

The box art was inspired from the original 1990s illustration package style.


This limited production kit will be sold exclusively at The Gundam Base Tokyo, Fukuoka, and other Gundam Base related events.

The kit shares the same molds with the 2020 HGUC 1/144 Char's Zaku II.

    that's probably the most eye-sore "Char" red I have seen so far LOL, I thought my phone was acting up but then I looked at my desktop... I hope it's just the lighting... it looks like an old plastic with super bright red plastic color. I know I can always paint it and I think their goal was also to recall what it looked like in the 90s or even 80s. I am still hoping that they change it ugh. I am so torn.
