The Gundam NEXT Future event reveals a new GunPla product from the Mobile Suit Gundam: Cucuruz Doan's Island film. It has been decided that the RX-77-02 Guncannon will be making its debut in the High Grade 1/144 scale GunPla series soon! Not only that, the kit was also announced to be released as a regular retail model kit.


The kit comes with both of its standard cannons and spray missile launchers for (Kai and Hayato) variation purposes. It also comes with its beam rifle as its main weapon unit.

      Finally! Hopefully they have parts for the early type like they did with the Gundam. Hope they give us some manga Origin Zeon kits, modern aquatic kits would be pretty cool.

      This great, but hopefully this will lead to a MG Ver 2.0, Ver Ka, or Ver Origin whatever Guncannon. The existing MG Guncannon is about 20 years old now.
