Release Date: December 2022 [4th BATCH RELEASE: September 2023]

A 33-year-old GM Finally Made its way to the HGUC GunPla lineup.
GM Spartan is a mobile suit created by Hitoshi Fukuchi for the Fukuchi Mobile Suit Station (FMS) feature in Bandai's Model Journal 119 (June 1989) magazine.

The kit features newly molded parts! Completed with its unique weapons and accessories which include a minigun, a heat knife, WAMM, and a beam saber.

Minigun
  • Its minigun features a three-barrel Gatling gun for its muzzle that is bound together.
Heat Knife
  • Equipped on its backpack - this close-combat use armament can melt through the enemies' armors with ease with the help of its super heated blades.
Wired Anti-MS Missile (WAMM)
  • A pair of missiles equipped on its right shoulder. It uses SACLOS (Semi-Automatic Command Line-of-Sight) guidance system. By using these, the mobile suit won't be able to move until it hits the target - which becomes its greatest weakness.
Beam Saber
  • The GM Spartan is also completed with a pair of beam sabers. Its beam sabers are equipped to its right arm's armor and can be detached when in use.

  1. with that color scheme, I can't help but think people would convert this into a Halo spartan haha

  2. Cool for those that want this unit. I only collect Master Grade so I won't be getting it.

  3. I thought this was a The Origin kit when i first saw pics but i'm glad it's an HGUC, thus meaning it's accurate to the main UC version and isn't needlessly redesigned like most The Origin iterations.

  4. For those wondering what that cylinder gimmick on the backpack is supposed to be, that's a Minovsky Particle dispersal system. A small, but welcome gimmick for the HG.
