The Gundam Factory Yokohama (GFY) facility at the Yokohama / Yamashita Wharf is going to reopen after its long maintenance, on July 16th, 2022! The reopening event also welcomes new events featuring the Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury PROLOGUE special screening exclusively for the visitors.
A new GunPla model, HG 1/144 RX-78F00 HMT Gundam High Mobility Type, was also announced to be on sale to celebrate the reopening day! The kit is priced at 2,500 Yen, all taxes inclusive.
In addition, the GUNDAM NEXT FUTURE event collaboration about all things Gundam will be held as well to commemorate the upcoming broadcast of the latest Gundam anime TV series, Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch f Mercury.
The special presentation, will of course, incorporate the RX-78F00 Gundam (Moving Gundam) alongside with other life-sized Gundam statues across Japan, nationwide, and in China for the life-sized Freedom Gundam.
