GunPla 40th anniversary continues with another collaboration with Uniqlo! This time, they are releasing a different colored RX-78-2 Gundam, and Char's Zaku II. Just like to the ones released for the Gundam's 40th anniversary, these models are also based on older type models of their HGUC counterparts.
The following images were shots from the conference exhibit during the GunPla 40th anniversary live presentation on February 21st. The special conference has slated another set of projects to celebrate GunPla's 40th by announcing upcoming GunPla projects and partnerships including the one with Uniqlo. Official UT graphic t-shirt designs for this collaboration will be fully revealed in the official announcement and launch in March 2020. Uniqlo website will also update with information on how to get the exclusive UT collection and GunPla rewards.
