Premium Bandai has announced that they are planning to release a G-Unit GunPla project for the year 2020. They started up with the Gundam Geminass 01, and it already looks fantastic! Prototype shows possible panel lining and color separation for the kit. The Gundam's scaling has also been updated compare to its 1997 version.

Next Phase GunPla for the year 2020 surely has something to offer to all Gundam fans! We are excited to see what the other units would look like in today's GunPla engineering and standards.
Premium Bandai is going to release more Gundam Wing Dual Story G-Unit RE: Operation side story series Gundam in GunPla form. This kit offers variety of accommodating space and slots for future project's expansion and conversion kits.
The official P-Bandai order page for the Gundam Geminass 01 has also teased a poster banner showing the Geminass unit 02, which is an alternative colors to the same molds of the same unit, opening doors to more variations and combinations from the series.
Would this be better than the Dragon Momoko version? Let's find out next year.
ReplyDeleteI have the DM version. It's a slight upgrade to the old Bandai mold. This looks looks way better.
DeleteThe geminass looks so damn good! Though it's kinda weird how the packs aren't included, so that could mean we could get expansion packs like the f90 in the future.
ReplyDeletelooks nifty
ReplyDeletewhy they decided to focus on wing manga suits this year when they still lack proper TV HGs of main gundam suits is beyond me.
ReplyDeleteStop being such ignorant. Bandai just did the Sandrock. You think they will do all of them at the same time?
DeleteIt came from side story and that's good Bandai decided to release it, even as p-bandai. Main suits will probably released as normal, like sandrock, but take much time.
Deletewhy p-bandai why? hopefully bluefin will get it but why? bandai for already make it hard for shops to get the old hg so why make the new ones just as hard for huh? do you all also hate gundam wing like almost all the rest of japan or someting? ~.~
ReplyDeleteit's not mainstream = p-bandai. sometimes even if mainstream, also p-bandai.
DeleteC'mon Aesculapius & Burnlapius!!!
ReplyDeleteThe design is really great!
ReplyDeletei had this and the purple.. both are great kits and and built was solid for its time.
ReplyDeleteIf we're getting the G Units, I really hope we get some 2nd Generation Gundams like Plutone or Sadalsuud
ReplyDeleteThat picture comparing this HGUC kit to the old HG was a nice touch.
ReplyDeleteShows the different proportions.
its like Wing ver. Strike, I WANT
ReplyDeleteOnce again, Bandai pulled another "one open hand for left/ hand only" bullshit. Why wouldn't they just give us pairs of hands (grab, open, and trigger finger) as a standard for all the HGs? Is it too costly? This cliché is really annoying, had they not give us Build Custom hands. Guess we'll need that kit for the hands' justice.
ReplyDeleteThis new image makes it look like we will get some expansion parts, likely the booster parts, but possibly an upgrade to LO Booster form?
ReplyDeleteThe Geminass is getting a proper box and not monochrome?
ReplyDeleteMaybe it was intended for retail before being made P-Bandai at the last minute?
The F90 and F90II also got normal boxes.
DeleteThat sure is a regular box! Here's hoping for a mass release along with the MG F90.
ReplyDeletecommon bandai please remaster ALL AC suits...
ReplyDeleteIm turning this into l.o booster... Haha
