Panel line pen is so yesteryear. People now use gloss top coat(base) with Tamiya Panel Line Accent.

ReplyDeleteEither that red fin section on the front of the flight unit is one piece sandwiched by white, or those are some absurdly tiny pieces for an HG. The same for that tiny red piece on the rifle, my goodness...

DeleteYou are aware that even in 1/144 scale, the highest point on the Penelope will be nearly 9 inches high. This suit is enormous.

ReplyDeleteProbably about as big as a decent sized MG, this thing is going to tower over all Late UC and AC kits, and probably will be bigger than most early UC kits, before the suits started to get big.
DeleteThe white feet on the Odysseus looks weird but it is accurate.
ReplyDeleteWhat's not accurate is that the thruster portions on the sides of his legs should be blue and his midsection should be red.
Design seems to based on the SD Gundam G Generation version, so it's kinda accurate

DeleteSeems like the only reason they were that colour in the first place is because of the gimmick of the Gundam Fix Figuration release which can have parts swapped to become either Penelope or the Xi Gundam, the latter of which is the actual MS with the colours you're talking about.
