As part of the Gundam's 40th anniversary, the 13-episode version of the Mobile Suit Gundam THE ORIGIN will start airing once every week in NHK General from April 29, 2019 (Monday) at 12:35 AM, followed by its airing in Kansai region at 1:09 AM on the same day.
The TV version will have its opening and ending songs! LUNA SEA will be performing the three opening songs for the series, first one is titled "Sora no Uta ~Higher and Higher~", while SUGIZO will be responsible for the ending songs.
